Stability

Specificity
1. IgG Binding activity Under optimal conditions: 1 mg protein G will bind ~5 mg. human IgG at pH 5-6.2. IgG Binding Sites: 3 sites.3. Isoelectric Point: 4.55.4. Binds with greater affinity to most mammalian immunoglobulins than Protein A, including human IgG3 and rat IgG2a. 5. Does not bind to human IgM, IgD and IgA.
